We’re Hiring—Valuation Report Analyst

Location: Pune

Work Mode: Full-Time | Work from Office

Experience: 2+ years.

An established IBBI-registered valuation advisory firm, empanelled with leading PSU and co-operative banks, including SBI, Bank of Maharashtra, and Cosmos Bank, is looking for a skilled valuation report analyst to join its team.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare bank-ready valuation reports for residential, commercial, and industrial properties.

Review property title documents, 7/12 extracts, property cards, sanction plans, CC/OC, and RERA records.

Verify carpet area, built-up area, FSI/TDR, and site measurements.

Apply cost, sales comparison, and income-based valuation methods using ASR/Ready Reckoner rates.





Assist in preparing LIE and TEV study reports.

What We’re Looking For

2+ years of hands-on experience in drafting bank valuation reports.

Solid MS Word and MS Excel skills.

Ability to read Marathi land records and architectural sanction drawings.

Familiarity with UDCPR/local DCPR regulations is preferred.

Ability to deliver 2–4 accurate reports daily with minimal revisions.

Experience with a bank-empanelled valuation firm will be an added advantage.
