As an EPM Director you will lead Oracle Enterprise Performance Management client work, shaping budgeting, forecasting, financial consolidation, and reporting solutions that help organizations improve financial planning and analysis processes. As a Director you will set strategic direction, guide business development efforts, oversee multiple work streams, and inspire teams while upholding quality, integrity, inclusion,



and a commercial mindset within our Technology Consulting practice. In this role at PwC, you will assess client needs, design and implement Oracle-based solutions, provide training and support, and use your leadership to cultivate opportunities for growth across engagements.

Responsibilities
- Leading Oracle enterprise performance management client engagements from strategy through implementation and ongoing support
- Shaping budgeting, forecasting, consolidation, and reporting solutions that align finance processes with business objectives
- Driving business development efforts by identifying client needs, defining solution approaches, and advancing growth opportunities
- Overseeing multiple project workstreams, resource allocation, timelines, and delivery milestones across complex engagements
- Developing executive-level client relationships and advising finance leaders on performance management priorities and transformation paths
