Role

This role is the custodian of revenue, margins, and client trust at Humour Me.
The VP, Account Management is a P&L; and business leadership role, not a servicing or day-to-day delivery position. You will own business growth, margin protection, quality of output,



and the agency’s ability to scale without compromising creative excellence or operational sanity.
You will act as the internal equivalent of a client-side CMO or business head — responsible for ensuring that the work we produce drives tangible outcomes for both our clients and the agency.

Key Responsibilities

Business & P&L; Ownership
• Own revenue growth, profitability, and margin health across all key accounts.
• Drive annual business planning, forecasting, and pricing strategy in partnership with senior leadership.
• Ensure margin protection through intelligent scoping, resourcing models, and cost controls.
• Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts and convert them into sustainable revenue streams.
• Take accountability for overall business performance, not just effort or activity.

Client Leadership & Strategic Influence
• Serve as the senior-most business and strategy voice for clients within the agency.
