We’re looking for an experienced Sales Development Representative to support growth across APAC. Based in Bangalore, India, you’ll work with Inside Sales Account Executives and sales & marketing teams. You’ll report to the Senior Manager, Demand Generation Operations, APAC

What You’ll Do
• Lead Generation: Qualify inbound leads and execute outbound sales campaigns to drive new business.
• CRM Management: Maintain Salesforce data integrity, verify recent partners and ensure all account and contact data is validated.
• Partner Activation: Activate dormant partner accounts and verify newly registered partners in the leads portal.
• Market Analysis: Analyze sales data to identify trends and generate high-quality leads for Account Executives.




• Marketing Collaboration: Drive Learning Management System (LMS) activities and represent Axis at B2B marketing events and AEC visits.

What you’ll bring
• Experience: at least 5 years in Sales Development, Inside Sales, or Business Development roles.
• Local Expertise: Currently based in Bangalore India, with a strong track record in the local market.
• Tech Stack: Proficiency in Salesforce CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Outreach.io.
• Sales Skills: Proven success in prospecting, booking high-volume meetings, and exceeding sales quotas. Strong sales, analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Education/Communication: Strong English communication skills to engage with leads and collaborate with the rest of the team, and a solid grasp of sales methodologies.
