Job Description: Senior Healthcare Interoperability Specialist

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Healthcare Interoperability Specialist with 4-6 years of experience in the healthcare technology domain, especially in healthcare interoperability, clinical data modelling, data transformation, and integration workflows.

The ideal candidate should have robust hands-on experience with HL7 FHIR, openEHR, and HL7 v2 standards, along with practical experience in openEHR template/archetype design, healthcare data mapping, terminology mapping, and interface validation.

This role requires someone who can contribute not only as an individual contributor but also support solutioning, technical design, team guidance,



and stakeholder discussions. The candidate should be able to work closely with cross-functional teams to design, implement, validate, and improve scalable healthcare interoperability solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and contribute to the design, development, and implementation of healthcare interoperability solutions and platforms.

• Work with HL7 FHIR, openEHR, and HL7 v2 standards to design and implement healthcare data exchange workflows.

• Design, review, and maintain openEHR templates, archetypes, and clinical data models based on clinical and business requirements.

• Perform healthcare data mapping, transformation, and validation across different standards and source systems.

• Support terminology and concept mapping activities, including mapping of clinical concepts, codes, and value sets.

• Conduct interface testing, API testing, payload validation, and compliance chec
