About the Role
We are looking for agile and detail-oriented professionals to join our Influencer Marketing team. The role involves managing end-to-end influencer campaigns, building strong creator relationships, and executing impactful brand collaborations across digital platforms.
The ideal candidate should understand the creator ecosystem, social media trends, campaign strategy, and brand requirements, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and drive effective execution.

Key Responsibilities
• Identify, research, onboard, and manage influencers across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
• Plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns aligned with brand objectives and target audiences.
• Coordinate with creators, talent agencies, brands, and internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.
• Negotiate commercials, deliverables, timelines, and campaign terms with influencers.
• Manage campaign workflows, including briefing, content coordination, approvals, publishing, and delivery.
• Ensure content quality, brand alignment,



and adherence to campaign guidelines.
• Track and analyse campaign performance using metrics such as reach, impressions, engagement, views, CTR, and ROI, wherever applicable.
• Maintain influencer databases, creator networks, and relationship pipelines.
• Stay updated on social media trends, emerging creators, platform developments, and competitor activities.
• Prepare campaign reports and share insights and recommendations to improve performance.

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or a related field.
• 2–6 years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, influencer ecosystems, and creator-led campaigns.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, coordination, and relationship management skills.
