Role Description The Account Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The Account Manager will manage a portfolio of business clients, serving as the primary point of contact for insurance-related needs, policy inquiries, and renewals. Responsibilities include understanding client risk profiles, coordinating with internal teams to tailor insurance solutions, preparing proposals and policy documentation, and ensuring timely renewals and endorsements.



The role involves monitoring client satisfaction, resolving issues, identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities, and maintaining accurate records in CRM systems. The Account Manager will also collaborate with underwriting and operations teams, support key account reviews, and provide regular performance and risk reports to clients.
