Key Responsibilities

• Manage collections for Vehicle Finance – Hard Bucket accounts.
• Handle overdue and delinquent portfolios and ensure timely recoveries.
• Monitor and improve collection efficiency and productivity.
• Manage, guide, and monitor field collection teams.
• Allocate cases and track daily collection performance.
• Conduct field visits for critical/high-risk cases when required.
• Coordinate with agencies and internal teams for recovery.
• Ensure achievement of monthly collection and recovery targets.
• Prepare MIS and regular performance reports.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 6+ years of experience in Vehicle Loan Collections/Recovery.
• Solid experience in Hard Bucket/Field Collections.
• Experience in managing collection teams and assigned areas.
• Good knowledge of vehicle finance products and collection processes.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and team-handling skills.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned area.
