Job Title: GHQ Internal Control Lead
Location: Bangalore (Onsite)
Reporting to: Senior Manager, Internal Controls

PURPOSE OF ROLE





The GHQ Internal Control Lead is responsible for driving the effectiveness of the Internal Controls and MICS (Management Internal Control System) framework across Global Headquarters entities. This role ensures robust governance, regulatory compliance, SOX readiness, and effective execution of quarterly self-assessments, representation letters, control testing, and remediation activities. The position partners with Global Functions, Zone Internal Control teams, External Auditors, and Business Leadership to strengthen the control environment and drive continuous improvement.

Key Tasks and Accountabilities: -

Internal Control & MICS Governance

• Lead the GHQ Internal Control framework and ensure compliance with MICS, policies, and governance requirements.
• Oversee quarterly control self-assessments and representation letter submissions across GHQ entities.
• Review control effectiveness, testing outcomes, and compliance with internal control standards.
