Role Description The Green Building Analyst is a full-time, in office role based in Chennai. This position involves analyzing building designs for energy performance, sustainability, and cost optimization, and preparing technical reports and recommendations. The analyst collaborates with architects, consultants,



and project teams to evaluate materials, building systems, and design strategies against green building standards. Daily responsibilities include conducting energy and environmental simulations, reviewing construction documents, supporting certification processes (such as LEED, IGBC, or equivalent), and tracking project sustainability metrics. The role also includes assisting in client presentations, documenting best practices, and contributing to continuous improvement of Earthonomic Engineers’ lean and green methodologies.
Qualifications

• Strong analytical and quantitative skills for building performance assessments, energy modeling, and cost-benefit analysis.
• Knowledge of green building standards and rating systems (e.g., LEED, IGBC, GRIHA) and familiarity with sustainability frameworks and regulations.
