We are looking for a results-driven Sales Manager - IT Salesforce Services with solid experience in selling Salesforce services and consulting solutions to join our growing sales team in India.

This is a pure Hunter role, focused primarily on identifying and acquiring new clients, generating qualified sales opportunities, building a strong pipeline, and converting prospects into long-term customers.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem and be able to engage with business and technology decision-makers to understand their challenges and position relevant Salesforce consulting, implementation, customization, integration, managed services, and support solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

New Business Development & Lead Generation:
• Identify, prospect, and acquire new clients for Salesforce consulting and implementation services across relevant geographies and industry segments.
• Develop and execute effective outbound sales strategies through cold calling,



email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, networking, referrals, events, and other lead-generation channels.
• Research target accounts, identify key decision-makers, and develop account-specific prospecting strategies.
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline with a strong focus on new-logo acquisition.
• Generate qualified leads and independently manage the sales cycle from prospecting through closure.
