Roles and Responsibilities
• Generate leads and acquire new customers through dealers, DSAs, market visits, references, and local networks.
• Build and maintain solid relationships with dealers and customers.
• Explain loan products, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and repayment terms to customers.
• Collect and verify KYC, income, and other required documents.
• Coordinate with Credit and Operations teams for timely processing and disbursement.
• Conduct field visits for customer verification and business development.
• Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective and existing customers.
• Ensure proper documentation and adherence to company policies and compliance requirements.
• Monitor applications from login to final disbursement.
