Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Inside Sales Specialist with 1–6 years of experience in the EdTech industry. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, counselling, and negotiation skills, with the ability to convert leads into enrolments and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
• Handle inbound and outbound leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
• Counsel students and working professionals on suitable courses and career opportunities.
• Explain course details, fees, benefits, and placement assistance to prospective learners.
• Follow up with potential customers and convert leads into admissions or enrolments.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students.
• Handle customer queries, objections, and negotiations effectively.
• Maintain lead details, follow-ups, and sales reports using CRM tools.
• Coordinate with the admissions and operations teams to ensure a smooth enrolment process.
Required Skills and Qualifications
• 1–6 years of experience in Inside Sales or Business Development within the EdTech industry.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong convincing, negotiation, and customer-handling abilities.
• Experience in lead management, follow-ups, and sales conversion.
• Target-driven mindset with a proven ability to achieve sales goals.
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of at least one South Indian language is preferred.
Preferred Candidate Profile
• Experience selling online courses, professional certification programs, or educational training programs.
• Ability to work in a rapid-paced, target-oriented environment.
• Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period are preferred.
