Role Overview




You will own paid acquisition for the USA market across Google, Meta and LinkedIn, and build the automation that connects ad spend to leads, CRM and revenue. The goal is qualified leads and expedition bookings at an efficient CPL and robust ROAS.

Key Responsibilities
Paid Media — Google, Meta & LinkedIn
• Plan, launch and optimize campaigns on Google Ads (Search, PMax, YouTube, Display), Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram) and LinkedIn Ads for US audiences.
• Target affluent and HNWI travelers using custom, lookalike and intent-based audiences.
• Manage budgets, bidding and pacing against CPL, CAC and ROAS targets.
• Run A/B tests on creatives, copy, audiences and landing pages.
• Use LinkedIn to reach senior professionals, corporate and group expedition audiences.

Tracking & Analytics
• Set up and maintain GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel and Conversions API, LinkedIn Insight Tag and offline convers
