Job Overview
We are looking for a Junior Project Analyst to support project coordination, task tracking, reporting, and communication across project teams. The ideal candidate should be organized, analytical, and comfortable working with project management tools.
Key Responsibilities
· Assist in project planning, coordination, and tracking.
· Monitor project tasks, timelines, milestones,



and deliverables.
· Maintain and update Jira boards, tickets, and task status.
· Coordinate with Business Analysts, developers, Project Managers, and other stakeholders.
· Prepare project status reports, trackers, meeting minutes, and presentations.
· Follow up on pending tasks, dependencies, and action items.
· Identify and escalate project risks, issues, and delays.
· Maintain project documentation and support change management activities.
Required Skills
· Minimum 1 year of experience in Project Coordination, Project Analysis, PMO, or related roles.
· MBA preferred.
· Working knowledge of Jira.
· Basic understanding of Agile/Scrum and project management.
· Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
· Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
· Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
