the Lead Engineer for J&J; Learn will shape and advance the enterprise learning platform that enables workforce capability development across Johnson & Johnson. Combining technical product ownership, platform engineering, and strategic leadership, this role will translate business, HR, quality, compliance, and technology priorities into a secure, scalable, and intuitive learning ecosystem.
