Candidates with experience in International BPO / International Inbound Sales / Voice Process / Customer Service / Sales will be preferred.
Job Responsibilities
• Handle international inbound calls from customers.
• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable products/services.
• Convert inbound enquiries into successful sales.
• Achieve individual sales and revenue targets.
• Maintain excellent customer service and communication standards.
• Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
• Follow company processes and quality standards.
Candidate Requirements
• 16 years of relevant experience in International BPO / Inbound Sales / Voice Process.
• Excellent English communication skills
• Strong convincing and sales abilities.
• Comfortable working in rotational shifts and rotational offs.
• Ability to work in a target-oriented workplace.
Working Hours
• 9-hour shift, including 1-hour break
• Shift timings fall between 6:00 PM to 7:00 AM IST
• Rotational shifts
Weekly Offs Leave
• 6 offs per month during the first 2 months.
• After completion of 90 days: 6 weekly offs + 1 CL (Casual Leave)
• Weekly offs will be rotational.
