Role Description The Field Executive is a full-time, in office role based in Shahjahanpur. This role involves coordinating and executing grassroots campaign activities, including booth-level planning, voter outreach, and field data collection. The Field Executive will visit assigned areas, engage with local communities, implement campaign strategies, and report daily progress to supervisors. Responsibilities include organizing and supervising field teams,



ensuring timely distribution of campaign materials, and supporting events, meetings, and rallies on the ground. The role also requires close collaboration with internal teams to relay field insights that support overall campaign planning and digital messaging.
Qualifications

• Strong field coordination and community engagement abilities, including organizing local outreach activities and managing on-ground teams.
• Competence in data collection and reporting, with the ability to maintain accurate records of field activities and campaign performance.
