Senior Manager, Growth Marketing | INDmoney

INDmoney is building India's leading global investing and personal finance platform — helping users invest in Indian stocks, US stocks, mutual funds, and more, all in one place.
We're looking for a Senior Manager, Growth Marketing to own paid acquisition across key channels end-to-end — strategy, budgets, measurement, and execution — and be accountable for the acquisition and activation numbers you drive.

What you'll do
• Own paid acquisition strategy across Meta, Google, programmatic, affiliates, and emerging channels — channel mix, targets, and the plan to scale profitably
• Own budget and outcomes — plan spend across channels and products, and be accountable for CAC, activation, ARPU/CAC, and payback
• Build the measurement backbone — attribution (MMP, SKAN, server-side events), incrementality tests, and cohort LTV models, so decisions rest on true contribution
• Run the experimentation agenda — test audiences, creatives, bidding, and funnels; turn results into scalable playbooks




• Shape creative strategy — partner with creative teams on messaging angles and performance-led refresh cycles
• Partner across functions — work with Product, Data, and Lifecycle to fix funnel drop-offs and improve signal quality
• Manage platform relationships — work with Meta, Google, and partners to secure betas, support, and best practices
• Report on performance — present results, forecasts, and budget recommendations to leadership
• Stay compliant — meet SEBI, AMFI, and platform policies for financial-services advertising

What we're looking for
• 3–5 years of hands-on performance marketing, including owning significant paid budgets at a startup or consumer internet company (agency experience counts with direct budget ownership)
• A track record of scaling paid acquisition while holding or improving unit economics
• Deep command of Meta Ads, Google Ads (incl. App campaigns), and other platforms — audience architecture, bidding, signal o
