We’re looking for an experienced Meta Ads Specialist with at least 5 years of hands-on experience managing and scaling Facebook & Instagram advertising campaigns.

What we're looking for:
• 5+ years of proven experience in Meta Ads.
• Experience running campaigns for international clients, particularly in markets such as the US, UK, Canada, Australia, and Europe.
• A strong portfolio of actual campaign results from international clients is required.
• Experience with lead generation, conversions, retargeting, and scaling campaigns.
• Solid understanding of audience targeting, campaign structure, creatives, funnels, and optimization.
• Ability to analyze campaign data and optimize CPL, CPA, CTR, CPM, ROAS, and overall performance.
• Experience with A/B testing different audiences, creatives, copy, and campaign strategies.
• Ability to identify what is working, scale winning campaigns, and troubleshoot underperforming campaigns.

• Candidates must be able to share case studies, campaign results, or performance data from previous international clients.
