Title and Summary

Senior Systems Analyst

Provide technical expertise and analytical support throughout the lifecycle of products, applications, and technology initiatives. Partner closely with business stakeholders, analysts, developers, and testing teams to ensure business requirements are effectively translated into scalable, high-quality solutions. Contribute across various phases of the project lifecycle, including requirements analysis, solution design, development support, testing, implementation, and production support.




The role requires strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, a solid understanding of business processes and technology systems, and the capability to evaluate complex requirements, identify impacts across applications, and drive effective solutions.
Major Accountabilities
Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
• Analyze business and system requirements to ensure proposed solutions meet functional and technical objectives.
• Partner with business stakeholders to understand needs, define requirements, and support the implementation of new products, services, and enhancements.
• Provide subject matter expertise and support for issue investigation and escalation activities.
• Develop conceptual solution designs, process flows, wireframes, and other analysis artifacts as required.
