Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gwalior for a Hiring HR Recruiter / BDE / Telecaller / Counselor. The role involves sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews,



and managing end-to-end recruitment activities for fresher and experienced profiles. The team member will engage with clients and candidates, conduct telecalling to explain opportunities and services, and support business development by maintaining strong professional relationships. Daily tasks include managing candidate databases, following up with applicants, counseling candidates about suitable career paths and training programs, and preparing basic reports on hiring and outreach activities. The role requires close collaboration with internal teams to ensure timely staffing, effective communication, and a positive candidate experience.
