Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Marketing Intern role based in the Greater Bengaluru Area. The Marketing Intern will support marketing campaigns across JadeCaps’ brands, assist in planning and executing promotional activities,



and help create content for digital channels. Responsibilities include conducting market research, gathering customer insights, supporting social media and email marketing initiatives, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging. The intern will also assist the sales and customer service teams with marketing materials, track campaign performance, and prepare basic reports to inform future strategies.
Qualifications
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with guests, property owners, and internal teams.
• Ability to perform Market Research, analyze trends, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Interest or foundational knowledge in Marketing Strategy and Sales to support campaign planning and lead generation.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing channels (social media, email, content marketing) is preferred.
