About the role:

We are seeking an experienced Business Development professional at the Manager level to drive the commercial growth of 1Lattice's Banking, Financial Services and Insurance (BFSI) vertical. The role will focus on building and scaling a robust sales pipeline, acquiring new clients, and expanding existing relationships across banks, non-banking financial companies (NBFCs), insurance companies, fintech firms, and other financial services organizations.
The ideal candidate will possess strong experience in selling consulting, market research,



market intelligence, analytics, or research-led solutions to BFSI clients, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth in a high-performance environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive end-to-end business development initiatives, including current account acquisition (hunting) and growth of existing accounts (farming) across the BFSI sector.
- Identify, engage, and build relationships with key decision-makers including CXOs, Business Heads, Strategy Leaders, Digital Leaders, and Functional Heads across target organizations.
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities through outbound outreach, networking, referrals, industry events, and market mapping.
- Lead client discussions to understand business challenges and position relevant data and analytics-led solutions.
