Role Description The Business Development Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Varanasi. In this role, the individual identifies and pursues new business opportunities, builds relationships with prospective students, and promotes institute programs to drive admissions and partnerships. Daily activities include lead generation through calls, meetings, and online channels, managing inquiries, and maintaining accurate records in CRM or similar tools.



The role involves coordinating with the marketing and training teams to align outreach efforts, conducting presentations or counseling sessions, and providing regular reports on business development performance. The Business Development Executive is also expected to represent the institute professionally at events and maintain a strong understanding of the courses and industry trends.
Qualifications
• Strong current business development and lead generation skills, with the ability to identify, qualify, and convert prospects.
