About the Role:
We are looking for a target-driven Inside Sales Executive to generate qualified B2B leads, connect with corporate decision-makers, and create new business opportunities for our sales team. The role involves outbound cold calling, prospect research, lead qualification, email outreach, follow-ups, and sales pipeline management. The ideal candidate should be confident in speaking with corporate clients, comfortable working with targets, and disciplined in maintaining lead records and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities:
• B2B Lead Generation & Prospecting:




• Identify prospective companies through LinkedIn, online databases, business directories, and other research platforms.
• Conduct outbound cold calls, email outreach, and qualified follow-ups to generate new business leads.
• Identify and connect with relevant decision-makers within target organizations.
• Research companies and understand their potential requirements for Accordible's services.
• Build and maintain a structured database of prospective clients.

Lead Qualification & Client Engagement:
• Initiate conversations with potential clients to understand their business needs and service requirements.
• Qualify leads based on requirements, business potential, decision-making authority, and service fit.
• Introduce relevant Accordible services based on client requirements.
• Schedule meetings and discussions with qualified prospects for the sales team.
