Role Overview

The Senior Associate – BI Analytics & Reporting will play a key role in transforming complex business data into actionable insights that support strategic planning and operational decision-making. You will design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards, reporting solutions, and data models using Microsoft Power BI, SQL, and modern analytics technologies. Working closely with cross-functional stakeholders, you will translate business needs into technical requirements and deliver reliable, scalable reporting solutions. The role also focuses on data quality, KPI standardization, reporting automation, and continuous improvement of business intelligence processes. You will explore AI-powered tools to enhance productivity, streamline analytical workflows, and improve the quality of insights delivered to business teams.

Accountabilities

• Develop and maintain BI dashboards: Design, build, and enhance interactive dashboards, management reports, executive views, and role-specific visualizations using Microsoft Power BI to support business performance monitoring and informed decision-making.

• Build and maintain data models: Develop and optimize data models, datasets, and data feeds that support reliable reporting, effective analysis, and consistent business intelligence outputs.

• Translate business requirements: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting needs, clarify business questions, define key metrics, and convert functional requirements into technical specifications and effective analytical solutions.
