We are looking for an exceptional senior leader to take charge of our Competitive Intelligence & Pre-Sales function, a pivotal role in our organization's strategic growth. This leader will combine market intelligence expertise with pre-sales excellence, ensuring we stay ahead of the competition and accelerate revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in building and scaling CI programs, with a solid background in pre-sales, technical sales, or strategy consulting.

Responsibilities
• Lead CI strategy, establishing frameworks for intelligence gathering and activation.
• Drive pre-sales excellence with scalable methodologies and best practices.
• Partner with C-suite executives, providing actionable competitive insights.
• Build and mentor competitive intelligence and pre-sales teams.
• Monitor and analyze the competitive landscape, developing comprehensive profiles.
• Create battlecards and enablement materials for sales teams.
• Establish key performance indicators for competitive intelligence.
• Provide technical sales support for high-value opportunities.




• Collaborate with product and marketing teams to align capabilities with market demands.
• Optimize sales effectiveness, tracking and improving key metrics.

Qualifications
• 12-18 years of progressive experience in CI, pre-sales, technical sales, or strategy consulting.
• 5+ years of senior leadership experience managing cross-functional teams.
• Proven ability to build and scale CI programs and pre-sales operations.
• Executive presence with C-level presentation experience.
• Advanced degree (MBA, Master's in Business, Engineering, or related field preferred).
• Deep technical acumen in enterprise software, cloud technologies, or industry solutions.
• Strategic thinking and analytical expertise with BI tools, CRM, and data analysis.
