Urgent Hiring | Branch Sales Manager
Location: Mumbai
Role: Branch Sales Manager Affordable Home Loans LAP
Role Type: Individual Contributor (No Team Handling)
CTC: Up to 5 LPA + Incentives
Age: Up to 35 Years
Experience: 2+ Years in Home Loan / LAP / Mortgage / Housing Finance
Key Responsibilities
Generate business through DSA, DST, Open Market Channel Partners
Lead generation, customer acquisition conversion
Manage cases from login to disbursement
Build and maintain DSA/channel relationships
Achieve monthly sales disbursement targets
Coordinate with Credit, Operations, Legal Technical teams
Preferred Candidate
Affordable Home Loan / LAP experience preferred
Solid Mumbai market knowledge
Good communication relationship-building skills
Proven target achievement record
