Role Description This is a part-time remote role for a Sales Intern. The Sales Intern will support the sales team by identifying potential leads, assisting with outreach to prospects, and following up with existing customers. Daily tasks may include responding to customer inquiries, preparing basic sales materials, updating CRM or tracking tools, and gathering feedback from customers. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams, learning sales processes and tools, and participating in training sessions to build sales and customer service skills.



The Sales Intern will be expected to manage their time effectively, communicate clearly, and contribute to meeting sales and customer satisfaction goals.
Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal interaction with customers and team members.
• Customer Service skills focused on active listening, empathy, and professional problem resolution.
• Foundational Sales skills, such as lead generation, prospect outreach, and basic negotiation.
• Interest in developing Sales Management and Training skills through coaching, shadowing, and guided practice.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting, with reliable internet access and time-management skills.
• Comfort with digital tools (e.g., CRM systems, spreadsheets, video conferencing) and a willingness to learn new platforms.
