As Practice Lead – Engineering Practice (CBA India), you will be a senior leader accountable for elevating engineering standards, capability, and culture across our India engineering community.
You will shape how engineering excellence is defined, governed, and sustained at scale—ensuring CBA India continues to operate as a trusted,



high‑performing global capability centre for the Group. This role goes beyond process ownership; it requires strategic leadership, sound judgement, and the ability to influence across geographies, functions, and senior leadership forums.
