About the Role

As an Associate Editor, you will play a key role in supporting Journal Editors and Editorial Board Members (EBMs) to ensure rapid and high-quality peer review, and publication. You will support content delivery by managing peer review for specific manuscripts across our journals and making editorial decisions. Success in this role requires robust time management skills, broad scientific knowledge, and a commitment to excellence in editorial practices. Key performance indicators include fast turnaround times, rigorous peer review standards, and exceptional service to authors, reviewers, and EBMs. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about science and looking to launch a career in academic publishing. The position is full-time and based out of our Pune office, with a hybrid working arrangement.
