About the Role
Spartan Fitness is seeking an experienced Executive Chef / Head Chef to lead complete kitchen operations at Spartan Fitness Kitchen. The position is responsible for delivering nutritious, health-focused, and premium culinary options aligned with high standards of food quality, hygiene, consistency, and cost control.
Key Responsibilities
Kitchen Operations & Production: Manage end-to-end daily kitchen operations, food preparation, and service flow.
Menu Planning & Nutrition: Design and execute nutritious, macro-balanced, and fitness-focused menus tailored to wellness-conscious members.
Quality & Portion Control: Ensure consistent taste, plating presentation, food quality, and strict portion control across all offerings.
Team Leadership & Mentorship: Lead, train, schedule, and mentor the kitchen brigade and support staff.




Inventory & Food Costing: Oversee procurement, inventory management, vendor relations, food costing, and wastage reduction.
Hygiene & Compliance: Ensure full compliance with FSSAI regulations, food safety, sanitation, and kitchen health standards.
SOPs & Recipe Standardization: Develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs), recipe cards, and operational guidelines.
Reporting & Coordination: Maintain kitchen performance metrics, inventory logs, and coordinate smoothly with front-of-house (FOH) staff and club management.
Candidate Qualifications & Requirements
Total Experience: 6–10 years of skilled culinary/kitchen experience.
Leadership Experience: Minimum 2–3 years in an Executive Chef, Head Chef, or Sous Chef leadership role.
Background: Prior experience in health-focused kitchens, fitness/wellness cafes, premium restaurants, or hotels.
Technical Skills: Strong understanding of nutr
