Position Overview

We, Unistanz Software Private Limited(www.unistanz.com) are seeking an aggressive, results-driven Business Development Executive to accelerate our growth within the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) sector. Your primary mission will be driving the adoption of QuickReco Tool, our proprietary automated reconciliation platform, while simultaneously cross-selling high-value onsite resourcing and specialized IT staffing services to top-tier banks, NBFCs, and insurance firms across India.

Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive Business Development Executive to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth in the BFSI and Enterprise Software domains. The role involves lead generation, client engagement, relationship management, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:




• Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, networking, and referrals.
• Engage with potential clients and understand their business requirements.
• Present and promote BFSI products or enterprise software solutions.
• Schedule meetings, product demos, and follow-ups with prospects.
• Build and maintain robust client relationships.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Update CRM systems and maintain sales reports.
• Collaborate with internal teams for successful customer onboarding.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, IT, Finance, or Commerce; an MBA from a reputable institute is a distinct advantage.
• 1–2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Inside Sales.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
