About the Role

We are looking for a proactive B2B Marketing Executive with hands-on experience in LinkedIn prospecting, lead generation and B2B outreach. Candidates with experience working in a consulting, advisory or skilled services organisation will be preferred.

The role focuses on identifying potential business clients, researching key decision-makers, building targeted prospect lists and generating qualified leads through LinkedIn, online research, personalised outreach and consistent follow-ups.

You will work closely with our business and sales teams to support client acquisition and business growth across our consulting services.

• B2B Lead Generation: Research target companies, identify decision-makers and build qualified prospect lists for consulting services.
• LinkedIn Prospecting: Find relevant prospects, send personalised connection requests and outreach messages, and follow up to generate business opportunities.
• Lead Management: Track prospects, maintain lead databases, qualify leads and coordinate with the sales team.
• Market Research: Research industries, competitors and potential clients to identify new business opportunities.
• Marketing Support: Assist with email outreach, marketing content and lead-generation reports.
