About the RoleTurito is seeking a dynamic, results-oriented Sales Associate to convert qualified, high-intent leads into enrolled students. In this role, you will be the key touchpoint for parents and students immediately following their demo and free trial sessions. Your mission is to understand their academic goals, address concerns with empathy and authority, and seamlessly guide them through the enrollment process.

Key Responsibilities• Engage & Consult: Connect with parents and students post-trial to evaluate learning needs, highlight tailored course solutions, and present Turito’s value proposition.
• Overcome Objections & Close: Proactively address questions, navigate objections, and consistently close enrollments within targeted cycle times.
• Multi-Channel Outreach:



Execute persistent, multi-touch follow-ups across phone, WhatsApp, and email to maintain lead momentum.
• Pipeline Management: Maintain rigorous CRM hygiene, track lead statuses in real time, and meet or exceed weekly and monthly revenue quotas.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with academic and demo scheduling teams to ensure smooth student onboarding and handoffs.

Qualifications & Requirements• Experience: 1–3 years of proven success in inside sales, EdTech admissions, or academic counseling.
• Core Competencies: Exceptional communication, active listening, consultative selling, and confident phone-closing abilities.
• Work Ethic: Target-driven with a high sense of ownership, resilience, and adaptability to quick-paced environments.
• Availability: Willingness to work dedicated US business hours.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in any field.
