Role Description
The Territory Sales Manager role at FACE Prep is a full time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. The individual in this role will manage sales activities within an assigned territory, including identifying new institutional and corporate clients, nurturing existing relationships,



and driving revenue growth for FACE Prep’s training and placement solutions. Daily responsibilities include meeting with prospective and existing partners, presenting and demonstrating FACE Prep programs, negotiating and closing deals, and ensuring a high standard of customer service and satisfaction. The Territory Sales Manager will track territory performance, prepare sales reports, and collaborate with internal teams to align offerings with client needs. The role also involves conducting or overseeing client training sessions, gathering market feedback, and contributing to sales strategies that expand FACE Prep’s footprint in the region.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present, negotiate, and build lasting client relationships.
• Proven Sales experience in B2B or education services, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
