Summary:Lead the technology and automation agenda for Third-Party Risk Management and related risk processes. You will own the roadmap and lead solutions from discovery through implementation, partnering with business leaders, architects, and technology teams to simplify processes, strengthen controls, and deliver measurable business value. This role provides the opportunity to shape a strategic business capability, influence how technology is used across Risk and Business Integrity, and drive practical adoption of automation and AI at scale.
Responsibilities:• Own and maintain the technology and automation roadmap for Third-Party Risk Management and related risk capabilities.
• Lead initiatives end to end, from discovery and requirements through solution design, implementation, testing, deployment, and adoption.
• Understand current processes, pain points, and controls, and identify opportunities to simplify before automating.
• Identify and deliver opportunities using workflow automation, data, and artificial intelligence to reduce manual effort and improve decision-making.




• Partner closely with Risk, Business Integrity, and other domain owners to translate business priorities into clear technology requirements and solutions.
• Work with Enterprise Architecture, Data, Cyber Security, and other technology teams to ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and aligned with enterprise standards.
• Improve integration across systems and enable better access to risk and third-party data, reporting, and insights.
• Manage internal delivery teams, strategic partners, and technology vendors to ensure quality, pace, and value.
• Define explicit success measures across adoption, efficiency, control effectiveness, user experience, and business outcomes.
• Support the transition of current capabilities into sustainable ongoing operations.
