ROLE SUMMARY
The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating,



and overseeing all phases of construction projects at Vastu Vihar — from inception to handover. This is a leadership role requiring robust technical knowledge, project planning expertise, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams, contractors, and stakeholders effectively.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Project Planning & Execution
• Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and milestones using MS Project or equivalent tools.
• Define project scope, objectives, resource allocation, and deliverables in alignment with organizational goals.
• Monitor and control project timelines to ensure on-time delivery within budget.

Site Supervision & Quality Control
• Oversee day-to-day site operations ensuring adherence to design drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections and audits to maintain construction quality and compliance.
