About the team and role:
The Acquisition Team has been tasked with ensuring a steady build-up of clients for Vivriti Capital, from the mid corporate segment. Our target segment consists of over 30,000 enterprises, and we aim to capture over 10% of this segment over the next 5 years.




The role will entail building a sales and marketing approach for client acquisition across geographies, being responsible for monthly acquisition targets, and accelerating the company’s growth. This will require you to build a multi-city team that reaches out to potential promoters and CXOs across the country, to present our value proposition and ensure conversion.

1. Client Origination & Coverage
• Origination across mid-market corporates and emerging sectors
• Build and manage a robust coverage universe across Western /Eastern / southern zones.
• Maintain a high-quality pipeline of structured lending opportunities
• Ideate and implement innovative marketing strategies for brand recall

2. CXO Relationship Management
• Establish and deepen relationships with promoters, CEOs, and CFOs
• Position Vivriti Group as a strategic capital partner
