Role Description The Field Technician Platform/Payload role is a full time, on-site position based in Kolkata. The technician will support the installation, integration,



and maintenance of platform and payload components for drone‑borne SAR systems, including mechanical, electrical, and RF subsystems. Daily responsibilities include conducting pre‑flight and post‑flight checks, troubleshooting field issues, performing routine inspections, and documenting test results, configurations, and maintenance activities. The role involves working closely with engineering teams during field trials, assisting in calibration and alignment of radar payloads, and ensuring safe and reliable operation of all equipment. The technician will also help manage spare parts and tools, adhere to safety protocols, and occasionally travel to test ranges or customer locations as required.
