Salary: ₹22,000 + Incentives
Timing: 10 AM – 10 PM
Job Description:
• Assist customers and understand their footwear requirements.
• Recommend suitable footwear and explain product features, sizes, prices and offers.
• Handle sales and achieve daily/monthly targets.
• Maintain product displays and showroom cleanliness.
• Check stock availability and coordinate with the stock team.
• Contribute to sales performance and earn monthly incentives.
Requirements:
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Previous retail or footwear sales experience is an added advantage.
