Role Description This is a full time, on-site Patent Agent role based in Delhi. The Patent Agent will be responsible for drafting patent specifications, preparing patent applications, and coordinating filing activities with relevant authorities. Daily tasks include conducting patentability assessments, performing prior art and patent searches,



and analyzing technical and legal aspects of inventions for clients across various sectors. The role also involves monitoring application statuses, responding to office actions, and collaborating with legal, compliance, and technical teams to maintain accurate documentation and timelines. The Patent Agent will engage directly with clients to gather invention disclosures, clarify technical details, and provide guidance on intellectual property strategy aligned with Indian and international patent law.
