About PGfy
PGfy is building a digital ecosystem for PG hostels, flats, homestays, tenants, and property owners. Our platform helps property owners manage their properties while enabling tenants to discover, verify, and book accommodation digitally.
We are looking for energetic and driven Sales Representatives to join our growing team and help us expand PGfy across major cities.
? What You'll Do
- Identify and onboard PG hostels, flats, homestays, and property owners onto PGfy.
- Conduct field visits and meet property owners/managers.
- Explain PGfy's products, benefits, and pricing to potential customers.
- Generate leads through field visits, referrals, calls, and local networks.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners.
- Drive property onboarding and ensure required information is collected accurately.




- Follow up with prospects and convert leads into active PGfy partners.
- Understand local accommodation markets and identify new business opportunities.
- Maintain daily sales activity and onboarding reports.
- Work closely with the operations and product teams to resolve partner issues.
? What We're Looking For
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with field sales and meeting customers in person.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to take ownership.
- Ability to negotiate and convince potential customers.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones, apps, and digital tools.
- Freshers with solid communication and sales skills are welcome.
- Previous experience in field sales, real estate, hospitality, SaaS, or B2B sales is a plus.
