Role Description This is a full-time on-site Office Executive role based at CT Group of Institutions in Jalandhar. The Office Executive will handle day-to-day office administration tasks, including managing documentation, maintaining records, and coordinating schedules and meetings.



The role involves supporting faculty and staff with administrative assistance, responding to inquiries, and delivering professional customer service to students, parents, and visitors. Responsibilities include managing office communications, preparing basic reports, assisting with accounting and fee-related processes, and ensuring smooth functioning of front-office and back-office operations. The Office Executive will collaborate with different departments to support institutional processes and uphold organizational standards.
