Position Overview: We are looking for a result-oriented Business Development Manager – Engineering to drive customer acquisition, business growth, and revenue generation within the engineering and precision manufacturing segment.



The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B sales, preferably in CNC machining, precision engineering, aerospace, defence, or industrial manufacturing. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with OEMs and Tier-1/Tier-2 suppliers, managing customer enquiries and RFQs, and converting qualified opportunities into purchase orders and long-term business partnerships

Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Development & Customer Acquisition
· Identify and develop new business opportunities in the engineering, precision machining, CNC manufacturing, aerospace, defence, and related industrial sectors.
· Identify potential customers, including OEMs, Tier-1/Tier-2 suppliers, and other industrial buyers.
· Generate qualified leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, industry networks, exhibitions, and customer visits.
