Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role based in Chennai. The Salesperson will identify and qualify prospective clients, build and maintain relationships, and promote IBMX’s HVAC and mechanical service offerings. Daily activities include conducting client meetings and site visits, preparing and presenting proposals,



coordinating with engineering and project teams to align solutions with client needs, and following up on leads through calls, emails, and in-person interactions. The role also involves negotiating contracts within company guidelines, maintaining accurate sales records and forecasts, and contributing to sales strategies and market development initiatives in the region.
Qualifications

• Demonstrated skills in business development, client relationship management, and consultative selling within technical or engineering-driven industries.
• Ability to understand and communicate HVAC, mechanical services, or building management concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the capacity to engage confidently in meetings and discussions.
