About Idea to Edit
We’re a creative and production agency working with US brands in automotive, industrial, and consumer products. Strategy, production, ads, and distribution all sit in one team, so the people running campaigns work directly with the people making the creative.

The role
You’ll run paid advertising for our clients and help us build SEO into a service we sell.
Most of your week is Google Ads and Meta Ads: planning campaigns, managing budgets, testing creative with our editors and designers, and reporting on what the spend produced. The rest is SEO: audits, keyword plans, on-page work, and monthly reporting, with our web developer handling the technical fixes.
This is a hands-on job. You’ll be inside the ad accounts every day, working directly with the founder.

What you’ll do
• Plan, launch, and manage Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube) and Meta Ads campaigns
• Manage budgets against targets like cost per lead and ROAS, and explain the numbers in plain language
• Brief our video and design team on what creative to test next, based on what the data shows




• Write ad copy and headlines, and draft or review video ad scripts and hooks before they go to the editors
• Set up and check tracking: GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, conversion events
• Run SEO audits, build keyword maps, and handle on-page optimization for client sites
• Send clear monthly reports that say what happened, why, and what we’re doing next

What we’re looking for
• 2+ years running Google and Meta ad accounts with real budgets
• A good eye for creative: you can look at a video, a static, or a script and say why it will or won’t work, then back it up with data
• Working SEO skills: technical audits, keyword research, on-page, Search Console
• Comfortable with GA4, Tag Manager, and Looker Studio
• Transparent written and spoken English, since you’ll be working on US brands
• Agency experience preferred
• Experience with US or international accounts, e-commerce, or Ama
