About the Role
T-Hub is looking for an Assistant Manager – Finance & Accounts to independently manage key finance operations, including accounting, statutory compliance, audits, taxation, grant accounting, treasury, and financial reporting.
We’re looking for someone with robust technical expertise, a hands-on approach, and the ability to drive financial accuracy, compliance, and process improvements across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities
• Own books of accounts, general ledger management, reconciliations, and monthly/quarterly/year-end closures.
• Coordinate statutory, tax, and internal audits, including financial statements, audit schedules, and closure of observations.
• Manage GST, TDS, Income Tax compliance, reconciliations,



and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee grant and fund accounting, utilisation tracking, and donor/government financial reporting.
• Manage treasury operations, cash flow, banking, and foreign remittance compliance.
• Oversee accounts payable, receivable, revenue accounting, vendor payments, and customer reconciliations.
• Support annual budgeting, variance analysis, MIS reporting, and financial insights for management.
• Maintain fixed asset records, depreciation schedules, and statutory registers.
• Identify opportunities for process automation and improvements across finance operations.

Who We’re Looking For
• Qualified CA with 3–4 years of relevant experience, or Semi-Qualified CA with 5–6 years of relevant experience, in finance operations or audit.
• Strong understanding of accounting standards, Companies Act, GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance.
