We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive who can help us identify, connect with and convert potential clients for our Web Development, Software Development and Digital Marketing services.
? Key Responsibilities• Find potential clients through LinkedIn, email, online platforms and other business networks.
• Generate qualified leads for Website & Web Development projects.
• Identify businesses that need website development, redesign, e-commerce websites, web applications or custom software.
• Find potential clients looking for SEO, Social Media Marketing, Google Ads, Meta Ads and Digital Marketing services.
• Conduct LinkedIn prospecting and cold outreach.
• Connect with business owners, founders, managers and decision-makers.
• Understand client requirements and identify the right service/solution.
• Prepare and share proposals, quotations and service details.




• Follow up with leads regularly and maintain the sales pipeline.
• Schedule meetings between potential clients and the technical/marketing team.
• Maintain daily lead and follow-up reports.
• Achieve weekly and monthly lead-generation and conversion targets.
? What We’re Looking For✅ Strong communication and negotiation skills
✅ Good understanding of LinkedIn and online lead generation
✅ Knowledge of Web Development & Digital Marketing services
✅ Ability to identify potential clients independently
✅ Experience with B2B sales/client acquisition preferred
